Affiliate Disclosure
As an affiliate partner with travel companies such as Expedia, Booking.com, Viator, and others, we may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases made through our affiliate links.

Service Fees
If you choose to book directly through our affiliate links → no extra cost to you.
If you prefer us to handle your booking personally (via Expedia or other suppliers), we apply a service fee for the added support.
- Service fees vary depending on the booking type (flights, hotels, packages, cruises, group travel).

Refunds, Cancellations & Liability
- All bookings are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.).
- Refunds, cancellations, or travel changes must follow the supplier’s policies.
- April & June Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service interruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
Payment & Security
- If you book through our affiliate links, all payments are processed directly by the supplier (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Cruise Direct, Trivago).
- If we book on your behalf, payments may be processed through:
- Our business bank account
- Invoice or e-transfer
- Clients will receive receipts both from the supplier (for the travel booking) and from April & June Travel (for service fees, if applicable).
- All client information is handled securely and confidentially.
Summary:
- Affiliate links = free to use, no extra cost
- Agency-assisted bookings = service fee applies
- Supplier rules = govern refunds, cancellations, and changes
- Payments = secure, with receipts from both supplier & our agency (if service fees apply)
